Subject was unresponsive. Officer called for assistance, medical staff arrived and attempted to revive subject. EMS was contacted and arrived at 11:12 hours. EMS was unsuccessful and subject was declared deceased at 11:20 hours. The Medical Examiner's office and Texas Rangers were notified to perform a custodial death investigation.
