Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: The aforementioned suspected gunned down her two daughters in the street in front of their residence as officers were responding. The suspect was walking towards one of the victims and the officers with a weapon in her hand. As she approached one of the down victims, she was ordered to stop and to drop the weapon several times but refused. Fearing that she would inflict further injury or possible death to the victim or the responding officers, the officer fired one round striking the suspect in the chest therefore stopping the threat.
