When confronted by a deputy, Russell refused to exit his vehicle by grasping the steering wheel. Deputy escorted Russell out of the drivers seat. Russell collapsed falling onto the ground and became unresponsive. EMS was called and pronounced Russell deceased at the scene. Russell's body was transported to the Galveston County Medical Examiner's Office for a autopsy. Russell's Autopsy Results are pending Toxicology Results.
