Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On September 12, 2025, Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies attempted to serve a felony warrant on the decedent at his residence. The decedent failed to exit his residence and shot at deputies. Communication was established, and the decedent refused to exit his residence. SWAT operations were conducted, and a fire to the residence erupted. The Houston Fire Department responded and extinguished the flames.
