gun and he appeared agitated. The officers gave the suspect repeated verbal commands to drop his weapon
which he ignored. The suspect became more agitated as the officers were giving him the verbal commands,
and he then pointed his gun at the officers. Fearing that the suspect was going to shoot them, one of the
officers discharged his duty weapon multiple times at the suspect striking him. The officers checked on the
suspect after he went down, and they requested an ambulance to respond to the scene. The suspect was
pronounced dead at the scene. There were no injuries to any of the officer's involved in this incident. The
suspect's identity is pending at this time.
