A Harris County Constable Precinct One sergeant observed the vehicle and activated the emergency lights on his patrol vehicle and followed the wayward vehicle while driving southbound in the southbound lanes of the toll road. The vehicle continued on to the North Loop East (eastbound) driving in the westbound lane until it struck another vehicle head-on which was travelling westbound in the westbound lane.
