She was intoxicated and was put in the visitation area to change clothes after an incident with booking staff. She was put into the visitation area at 23:33 on 04/02/2019 and at 23:47 on 04/02/2019 she was found hanging from the metal phone cord in visitation. CPR was administered and EMS responded.
