Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: Today; August 4, 2018 at approximately 2:52 pm a medical emergency was called to medical single cell M-14; occupied by: Bernard Randolph Tully, W/M D.O.B. 05/06/1979 whop appeared to be not breathing and laying on the cell floor next to the bunk. Staff on duty led by Sgt. Howard attempted life saving measures immediately; EMS arrived at the jail at approximately 3:01 pm, EMS exited the facility with Offender Tully at approximately 3:10 pm. Ems transported Offender Tully to Medical City/Weatherford Hospital, Mr. Tully was pronounced deceased at 3:39 pm by staff Doctor; Dr. Curwen. Medical Examiner; B. Wright arrived at the hospital at approximately 3:51 pm. Texas Ranger; Sgt. T. Bradford cleared the scene/facility at approximately 5:55 pm. Full report to follow.
