Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On May 20, 2022, the decedent was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. During the booking process, the decedent was placed in a single person holding cell. On May 21, 2022, at approximately 4:24 a.m., the decedent was found unresponsive in his cell and medical staff responded. Life-saving measures began as the decedent was transported to the clinic.
