Yes, mark which Under Restraint: restraint devices were used Type of restraint Type of Restraint: Handcuffs Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: female subject, after being placed in rear of patrol unit , handcuffs behind back and seatbelted, while the officer was dealing with the second party, the party was able to work her handcuffs from behind her back, climb into the front seat of the unit and took possession of the unit, and driving off, the unit was located approximately 5 miles out of town, on a local rancher's property. The subject had driven through the fence, about 1/4 mile until coming to another cross fence.
