Under Restraint: No Summary of Incident Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters) Summary: On June 19, 2025, the decedent was arrested by the Houston Police Department, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and four outstanding warrants. On June 22, 2025, the decedent notified an officer, via intercom, he was suffering a medical emergency. Officers arrived and the decedent became unresponsive. Medical staff arrived, initiated life-saving measures, and transported the decedent to the clinic. The Houston Fire Department was contacted as life-saving measures continued. Paramedics arrived, assumed care, and transported the decedent to an outside hospital, where his care was released to hospital staff. At 7:00 a.m., a medical doctor pronounced death.
