Summary of Incident
Summary of How the Death Occurred: (max. 30,000 characters)
Summary:
On 10/16/17 the decent committed the felony act of murder at 403 Yorkshire, Pasadena, Harris County,
Texas. The decent utilized a firearm during the murder. The investigation led officers to 406 Glenmore,
Pasadena, Harris County, Texas. Investigators stopped a female that left the residence and she was
determined to be the decent's estranged wife. The estranged wife informed us that the decent was inside the
residence, by himself, armed with at least one handgun. The decent expressed remorse over the death of his
girlfriend and indicated that if police arrived the residence he would commit suicide. Due to the suspect’s
mental state, the violent nature of his crime, and the fact he was currently armed with a weapon, it was
determined the suspect would present a danger to the community at large if he was allowed to leave the
residence.
Pasadena SWAT members were used to make contact with the decent. Pasadena SWAT had the house
surrounded. Pasadena SWAT utilized a PA/loud speaker system and called out to the decent to come to the
door. At approximately 7:13 PM, a gunshot was heard coming from the garage of the residence. Pasadena
SWAT then forced entry and located the decent in the garage with a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head.
Emergency Medical Personal from SWAT and Acadian Ambulance tended to the decent. The decent was
transported via Life-Flight to Ben Taub Hospital.
On 10/25/17, at approximately 10:39 PM, the decent was pronounced dead at Ben Taub Hospital.
